Savour the delicious flavours of Korea at Peppermint. Their ‘Seoul Good’ buffet spread is back by popular demand and will run from 6th June til 13th July. The Halal-certified buffet at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay features almost 40 Korean favourites that showcase the best of Korean cuisine.
Enjoy Korean dishes including Korean Cheese Grilled Lobster, BBQ Wagyu Beef Short Ribs, Pan-Seared Korean Abalone (all dinner exclusives!). Plus Soegogi-yachaejuk (Wagyu beef and seaweed soup), Beef Bulgogi made with premium Black Angus beef and Dakgangjeong (crispy Korean fried chicken) will surely satisfy the meat lovers.
For seafood lovers, look out for faves like Maeuntang (spicy barramundi stew) and Sundubu Jjigae. Unique offerings include Ojingeo Bokkeum (stir-fried giant squid tentacles with cheese) and Gamja Sausage (corn sausage). And of course don’t miss out on Ramyeon Chijimi (Buldak noodle pancake), Yangnyeom-Tongdak, Tteokbokki with Tiger Prawns, Bibimbap and more.
The Seoul Good buffet spread will be available for both lunch and dinner. For weekday lunch sessions, all GST and service charges will be fully absorbed – compliments of the house!
