Swissbake marks a massive milestone this year with the release of a whole range of special Hari Raya goodies to be enjoyed this festive season! 😀
You may have seen them teasing the Hari Raya goodies on their social media channels over the past couple of weeks (did you take part in their contest??) and guess what – the whole range has FINALLY been revealed! Wah! They have some really interesting cookies and more!
We were lucky to try the ENTIRE Swissbake Hari Raya 2018 Series and so, we are submitting our report to you! 😛
I know we normally save the best for the last but we could not help but put our favourite right at the top this time LOL And this is technically the only one in the range that’s not (technically) a cookie but definitely still a goodie!
ZOMG how can you resist anything Salted Egg Yolk? Resistance is futile!! And what makes this even MORE addictive is that the cornflakes still remain CRUNCHY!! But anyways, you don’t have to worry because we reckon this one will be really fast moving LOL Better stock up on more! 😛
Keeping it local with these really uniquely flavoured cookies. One bite and you’ll immediately be able to identify the familiar flavours of sambal with a hint (and crunch!) of Ikan Bilis in there.
I’m awarding an extra 1000000000 points to Swissbake for naming this for EXACTLY what is it. A sedap Sambal Ikan Bilis (no need to include Nasi Lemak all that lah) cookie!
Still keeping with the Asian flavours here and Curry is at the forefront of this flavourful cookie. It’s definitely packing quite a punch in the flavour department and would wash down really well with some tea!
And don’t worry – it’s not a SPICY curry lah but you’ll definitely be able to savour the curry flavour for sure.
You’ve probably enjoyed Bandung many times before (or as Our Little Princess calls it – Princess Drink because it’s pink :P) but have you ever enjoyed it as.. a cookie??
One of the most unique cookie ideas and it works! You definitely get the flavour of the rose here and Swissbake even includes these little Rose petal bits in the cookie too! MUST TRY!
There are also 2 cookie flavours that are not quite Asian flavour-inspired but no less sedap. And my fave among the 2 is the Dark Choc Cherry Cookies! Because I have a thing for cherries lah 😛
Pair cherries (actual cherry bits!) with Dark Chocolate and you have a flavour match made in cookie heaven! This was the first bottle of cookies to be completely wiped out LOL ADDICTIVE!
And last but not least for the Cookies range is a familiar favourite and perfect for those who are not feeling that adventurous but still want some sweet bites to snack on.
The Red Velvet Cookies are tasty and come chock full of chocolate chips for extra kick 😀
JENG JENG JENG! It’s not just cookies on the menu this Hari Raya! 😀

The Dates Tea Cake has hints of a very familiar flavour – Dates. But the good thing is that the flavour is not overpowering and blends well with the buttery, crumbly cake. Chopped Almonds adorn the top of the cake a give a bit of extra texture to an already satisfying bite.
Personally, I quite prefer the Gula Melaka Tea Cake (blame it on the sweet tooth :P).
Super moist thanks to the Gula Melaka that has soaked into the cake and gives it the signature flavour.
