This festive season, they’ve got plenty in store including their famous Chill & Grill for weekend dinner sessions!

Weekends are extra special around dinner time at Saltwater 😉
Besides the amazing buffet spread, they’ve got the Chill & Grill LIVE BBQ going. This means you can get your fill of an assortment of meats, seafood and more all prepared to order on the grill!
It’s going to be really hard to resist such a tempting offer am I right 😛 You can see why the Chill & Grill is such a popular feature. HOT-HOT SHIOK-SHIOK to enjoy your food hot and fresh off the grill!
Take your pick! Plenty to choose from on the Chill & Grill menu – Beef Steak, Lamb Chops, Chicken Chop, Squid, Tiger Prawns and even Cheese Sausage (great for the kids!). Just approach the friendly staff at the grill station (just next to the pool) and place your order. It’s as simple as that 😀
You are of course welcome to order as much as you’d like to enjoy but resist the urge to over-order okay 😛 It can be really hard to resist all those tempting meats I know! Great char and smoky flavour adds to the kick. And be sure to enjoy your BBQ meats and seafood with some sauces!
They’ve got 15 different sauces for you to enjoy! Go straight up or mix and match to suit your taste. They’ve got Mango Salsa, Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, Honey Mustard, Pineapple BBQ Sauce, Chilli Lime, Chipotle BBQ Sauce, Mustard BBQ Sauce, Garlic Aioli, Sesame Sauce, Sambal Belado, Dill Sauce, Chimichurri, Gochujang, Cucumber & Yoghurt Dip and Spicy Tomato Basil Salsa. FUYOH! ?
And of course, more accompaniments to enjoy your Chill & Grill BBQ with. Satay is always a hot favourite but be sure to have the Roasted Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables and that delicious Corn on the Cob!
Next up, some festive offerings!
Wooooo check out that Roasted Turkey! At Saltwater, it’s served with an array of Roasted Vegetables (I’d recommend getting some of the Roasted Potatoes from the Chill & Grill station!). A classic seasoning and you can pair with the gravy and Cranberry sauce as you please 🙂
Besides the Roasted Turkey, the Carving Station also offers a few more delicacies. Look out for Citrus Brined Whole Honey Glazed Chicken, Oven-Baked Striploin with Pommery Mustard, Whole Bone-in Lamb Leg, Honey Baked Chicken Ham, Salmon Wellington and Salt-Baked Salmon with Dill on rotation!
Believe it or not, we’re JUST starting on the Starters 😛 What a feast so far!
Quite an array of salads to enjoy at Saltwater. I’m very partial to the Smoked Salmon Platter.. because I LOVE Smoked Salmon LOL
Other offerings that may be on rotation include the Waldorf Salad with Walnuts & Raisins, Kale & Roasted Cauliflower Salad, Honey Glazed Ham with Grape Salad & Apricot Dressing and Santa Beet with Feta Cheese, Olive Oil & Balsamico. FUYOH sounds amazing lah!
They’ve also got Soups, Dim Sum and a Noodles Station too! (The Authentic Singapore Laksa is ?)
Let’s not forget everyone’s favourites like the Seafood on Ice and Sushi!
Enjoy fresh servings of Snow Crab Legs, Poached Shrimps and Half Shell Green Mussels too. Assorted Keropok on the side should definitely be enjoyed with some Sambal 😀

A variety of Mains awaits you at the buffet line! With familiar favourites and a few surprises here and there – quite an interesting mix of dishes. I believe I don’t have to remind you that a MUST HAVE is the Chilli Crab 😛

(I’m not kidding – there’s really many many more too many for me to list here! I haven’t even listed the Vegetable dishes!)
And don’t worry – they’ve even got specials for the kids too! Look out for Santa Roast Turkey Breast and Tempura Prawn with Oreo Cheese Dip!
But I’m sure after all that festive feasting, you still have space for desserts! After all, we have a separate compartment in our stomachs just for desserts right? 😀
