When I first saw the word “Yam” and “Cake”, my first thought was ” Whoa! Seriously?!” and I’m guessing that some of you are probably having the same reaction right now. Well, fret not.
The yam and sago cream filling was absolutely fine. You can tell it’s Yam but it is not overpowering at all.
The sponge cake was so fluffy and light that even my Mum enjoyed it! (And she’s not really a cake-eater)
